You need to already have $3.00 picture hosting to take advantage of any magazine offers. If you are, and it still doesnt work then the most likely explanation is that the code allocation has been used up. We only allow a specific number of upgrades per magazine offer so the chances are you may have missed the opportunity. Sorry!
